The goal of a sustainable planet cannot be reached without a radical reduction in the numbers of peoples drawing upon the finite resources available and the subsequent impact they make upon the environment. However, to corrupt our people in order to achieve this effect is not only wrong it is criminal. Such is the current agenda with the push for gay marriages and other indications of legitimization for what is essentially abhorrent. Every mature individual on the face of the earth has an obligation to see to it that he/she does not contribute to this problem which affects us all and should take all measures necessary including use of birth control, abortion, voluntary sterilization, etc. to fulfill their responsibilities. Procreation and sexual intimacy should be tolerated only within a monogamous relationship between a man and a woman of consenting age, preferably one recognized in a civil or religious ceremony of marriage. Homosexuality, in all its various manifestations, is an abomination to the GODS and no one who engages in these practices should be in any position of authority over the general population nor hold any command, supervisory, administrative, executive or policy making position within the various levels and branches of government. We refuse to be held hostage to your desperate flights of fantasy. Other activities which run counter to the wholesome maintenance of the monogamous relationship, such as pornography, prostitution, slavery and ritual abuse are to be severely dealt with. The use of psychotronic devices to force mankind into a condition of micromanaged servitude will not be tolerated and the EMPIRE has as one of its top priorities the implementation of the ULTIMATUM. The ritualistic human sacrifice cult (Christian templet) as practiced in the USA with its use of poisons, gang stalking, psychotronic and other invasive technologies along with the concomitant subversive conspiracy must be neutralized and the main culprits prosecuted under the law for their crimes. Those who have enriched themselves thru the commercialization of this horrific process should have their ill gotten gains stripped from them and given to the victims, their survivors or designated beneficiary. The society will need to take responsibility for the ritual and satanic abuse it has allowed to fester and will have to implement a support system for such victims over a transitional period. Prohibitions specific to the Muslim world include but are not limited to: 1. A cessation on all Female genital mutilation (in its most barbaric form called 'Pharaonic Circumcision') 2. Stoning to death 3. Honor killings 4. Child marriages, a reasonable age of consent is 16yrs old 5. Amputation for crimes and a prohibition on all other forms of cruel and unusual punishment All activities involving the use and manufacture of radioactive substances must cease. An immediate moratorium on all DU armaments must be imposed and an International tribunal created to investigate and punish those crimes against humanity. Man's ill advised venture into this realm has resulted in untold tragedy upon the planet and a massive effort must be mounted to dismantle all such operations and to adequately quarantine all such materials to safeguard future generations. The EMPIRE will assist in the total nuclear disarmament of the planet at some future date. Bad science also threatens humanity in these areas: 1. HAARP like projects which threaten to disrupt the natural electromagnet balance on earth 2. Weather modification efforts 3. Sub-atomic collider experimentation 4. Genetic alteration including cloning of species (man included) and modification of the food supply. (Some bio-medical applications may be allowed but they will have to proceed on a case by case basis under review of the EMPIRE.) Each and everyone of those above activities must cease. Ecology issues: 1. We must clean up our airways, thus commercial access to EMR generating activities such as Cell Phone, Wifi, TV & radio transmission must be denied, save for ocean satellite relay and a severe limitation on all other activities that contribute to EMR pollution of our airways must be imposed 2. The dumping of man's toxic and/or contaminated waste into the rivers, lakes and oceans must cease. Eventually all toilets will need to be retrofitted to composting toilets or similar such solutions to this problem. 3. Alternatives to the use of pesticides and herbicides must be developed. 4. The deforestation of the planet will not be tolerated and renewable alternative resources such as hemp should be used where ever possible. If it isn't biodegradable then it shouldn't be going into our environment and while we're at it lets get some accountability on the chemtrail spraying and put a stop to that. The Jewish World domination schemes are at an end. Their co-options of the mercantile, banking, media, publishing, academic spheres and so forth must now all be reversed and the first step should be to Nationalize the Fed. All other areas where they dominate should be dissolved thru anti-trust actions towards those monopolies. The EMPIRE stands for diversity which in its truest sense can only be maintained by respecting the right of the various ethnic and racial entities to retain their own identities. Proactive schemes to counter or breakdown these natural preferences such as found in the USA will not be tolerated and neither will miscegenation. We aren't going to pander to your twisted fantasies, get used to it! Migration schemes such as the Islamification of the western world are hostile to the EMPIRE and will rightly be resisted. The rights of children to be secure in their person is absolute and anyone guilty of violating their sanctity either thru: 1. evil science, 2. sexual/ritual abuse, or 3. criminal violence, must be punished to the maximum allowed under the various laws already on the books in most civilized nations. Children under the evil control of the criminal cabal and tasked with disruptive and or conspiratorial activities, however, shall be subject to criminal prosecution under the respective laws of their jurisdiction or removed from the influence of manipulative parents and placed under foster care as directed by the courts.
